When Checked this option will prevent users from being able to book appointments on days where max hours and max appointments have been reached., Unless the user logged in has access to override booking limitations or the user books in the DMS.Â
When checked this option will prevent users from being able to book in the 'OF' (Overflow) Column or book an appointment if all slots are full.
If You have teams set up when checked this option will prevent the user from booking if they have not selected a team.
When checked a confirmation email will be sent out automatically when an appointment was booked to all customers that are turned on for email. If checked two more options will populate:
Select Default Template - allows you to choose the default template that will be automatically sent out when customer is booked.
Select Default KeyDrop Template - allows you to choose the default template that will be automatically sent out when customer is booked as a key drop.
If checked the customers name will display on the appointment schedule as last name, first name. The default order is first name last name.
 This option push OpCode Average Hours instead of Estimated Hours. DealerMine has a setup screen for Book Appt Using Actual Hours or Average Hours. The difference between the two options: Actual Hours is the hours the user keys in the Book Appointment Form (or information that is returned from the DMS if the information isn't entered by the user); and, Average Hours is the hours that DealerMine calculates.Â
Users also have the ability to customize the default time (if zero).
If unchecked, we will use Actual Hours if available if not will use the Average Hours.Â
When checked the booked for will round robin the Advisors. If unchecked the booked for will default to the book by user.
if checked the 'Booked for' will default to the 'Booked by' User. If an Appointment Coordinator is going to be the 'Booked By' and 'Booked For' selection, they must have a DealerMine Employee ID and a DMS ID.
When a customer requests a certain Tech to do a service or there is a service that is performed by a certain Tech, we have the option now in Store Specifications to Push Tech # on Appt Line. When this option is checked off the appointment coordinator will see a tech drop down in the book appointment form under opcode selection.
Allows the customization of how long a draft appointment will remain on a customers account. The default value is 14 days but can be customized to any number of days.

This option will delete appointment history when future appointments are deleted, therefore not skewing the Show % on reports etc. The appointment must be at least one day greater than the current date to qualify to have history deleted.Â
