When an AC leaves for the day and forgets to log out Telephony, their Manager now has the ability to log the AC out of Telephony. A message will display on the ACs computer screen “You have been logged out of Telephony" and display the persons name who forced the log out.
*When leaving your desk or leaving at the end of the day, always remember to log out of Telephony first!
2. We have added the ability to customize what information is displayed in the “Open Appt” indicator that displays on a customer file when they have a booked appointment. There are three display options:
Opcode only
Opcode and Description
Opcode, Description and Complaint
The default setting is the OpCode and Description.
Username will display: "EServiceS#B# "
Recycle Comments will display: eService - Appointment Deleted in eService by the Customer - DROP OFF// 111444 //OILCHANGE
3. When an eService customer deleted their service appointment in eService, DealerMine would delete the appointment from the Profile as well within DealerMine but not display this delete on Contact Hist tab. DealerMine will now show this “Delete” by the customer on the customer’s Profile on Contact Hist tab.
Resolutions
There was an issue when answering an inbound call within Telephony, the Search screen would not open and the call would disconnect. This is resolved
There was an issue where users could not access the Voice files in Telephony when calling a customer. This is resolved.
There was an issue when reviewing the appointments on the appointment schedule while in review mode the users who booked the appointment were not displaying correctly and the opcodes were showing duplicated.
There was an intermittent issue where Quorum users were not able to update an appointment, they were getting an error “The remote server returned an unexpected response: (400). Bad request”, this was caused by unsupported characters on an appointment complaint line.. This is now resolved.
There was an issue with Telephony, where users were not able to disconnect from calls. This is now resolved.
There was an issue where BDC Assist was not loading and was displaying a blank page. This is now resolved.
There was an issue where the Productivity for POGA was displaying over 100%. This has been resolved.
There was an issue where Telephony users were making outbound calls on a file with no vin, their voice files were not displaying. On calls like this, DealerMine returns the voice files for the Store and Branch attached to the vin, so if there is no Vin then no Voice files will display. DealerMine will now check the following to retrieve the voice files.
use the store/branch for serno if provided.
If not provided, use the store/branch for the custno.
If no voice files returned then use the store/branch for the caller id to return voice files.

Xsellerator - DealerMine is now able to pull Submission Types from Xsellerator and will display the default Submission type in the CWI drop down when in the Operation Details popup of the Book Appt form. When the appointment is booked and pushes into Xsellerator the opcodes will display the correct Submission Type.
The Submission Types cannot be modified in DealerMine as they are created in the Xsellerator, if there is no default Submission Type DealerMine will default to C.

Resolutions
Serti - There was an issue with booking an appointment with an unknown vin, the appointment was not showing up in DealerMine or the DMS Serti, however displayed on the Appt Hist tab. This is resolved.
Serti - There was an issue with updating an appt with an unknown vin, when updating the appt would not update and just keep spinning. This is now resolved
CDK - There was an intermittent issue when booking an appointment in DealerMine when pushing to CDK the transportation did not push with the appointment. This is now resolved
Reynolds - There was an issue when updating an appointment in DealerMine the contact history would show the appointment was updated twice. This is resolved, now when there are unsupported characters on an appt line DealerMine will display these characters as a blank spaces.
5. Xsellerator - There was an intermittent issue where Xsellerator users were not able to update an appointment, they were getting an error “The remote server returned an unexpected response: (400). Bad request”, this was caused by using "unsupported characters" on an appointment complaint line.. This is now resolved.

6. Reynolds - When booking an appointment in DealerMine users were getting an error and were not able to book an appointment when adding a Tech to a service line. This is now resolved
