Waiters times will allow the user to limit the amount of waiters that can be booked per time slot. This can be set up by shop or by team.

If setting up by team make sure the team you are setting the schedule up for is selected from the team drop down.
To configure waiter schedule enter a '# of Slots' beside each appointment time.Â
We default these slots to '0' which means there are no waiters allowed for that time slot.
The maximum waiters that can be entered per time slot is 10
By Team
To activate the schedule that was set up make sure to check off 'Schedule Waiter' for each day under the schedule tab
Waiter Slot Visibility
To view available waiter slots on the Appointment Schedule select the star beside waiter. This will open the 'W' column which displays waiter appointments booked/available waiter appointments per time slot. Â
