DealerMine has a powerful and robust report generator called Fetch that allows you to pull whatever Data you require to build your Campaign. You are only limited by your imagination!

Choose your Store, Branch

Choose a Source - Sources are required to pull specific data stored in various places in order to pull relevant queries.

Suggested Queries - choose a pre-built query to save you time and see what is most commonly run by dealerships.

Basic or Advanced?

Basic allows you to be lead along and you can choose fields and enter values in an easier to use format. Advanced will require you to enter the query string with only relying on the SPACE BAR to hit and view any fields or values you are attempting to enter.

Basic mode allows you to choose fields from a drop down list and move through the process of building your query in a simplistic way. To remove a field you can click the X or to add click the +.

Advanced mode allows you to type your query statement into an entry box. Hit the Space bar to view fields available. Click Basic to switch anytime if available. There is a possibility the query may be too complex to switch to Basic.

Import Management

When importing a fetch if the Vin is not the correct length you will receive a message in the preview that says SerNo Invalid Serno length Text.
