These reports will provide you with an overall performance report for each Appointment Coordinator booking service appointments at your dealership. These reports have various views which will summarize the daily/monthly efforts put forth by each Appointment Coordinator, tracking the number of contacts made, appointments booked (inbound&outbound), maintenance lines booked and maintenance labour sales, just to highlight a few. This report counts total actions for maintenance, no show and confirm contact types ONLY and uses a distinct customer count for the day ensuring the numbers aren't inflated by multiple recycles for the same customer file.Â
In order to get the correct results, each customer needs to be counted only once, using a distinct customer count. This report uses a distinct customer count for the day ensuring the number of maintenance actions only count each customer once regardless of the number of recycles completed for any customer. Meaning that if a customer is recycled more than once in the same day (by the same user) it will only count once on this report.  Â
Key Report 4 - Contact Analysis counts all recycles, regardless of multiple recycles on one customer file to ensure all contacts are counted for. 4.6 Contact Analysis - Timeline Chart will also help investigate contacts further to find any recycles that appear to be underhanded.Â
More Options
We have added sort options to all Performance Reports, with the exception of the detail report. The sort options allow you to run this report based on a specific user type, which allows you to hone in on the users you want to see without having to sift through all users. I.e. Choosing "Appointment Coordinators" will bring back all Service BDC, BDC Managers or Service/Sales BDC only without showing any other users. The default selection is "All".

Note:
The sort options are not available when running the Performance Report Detail by Username.
These sort options are also available on Service BDC: Performance Report
A new column has been added to the BDC Performance Reports called Productive. Any Recycle Code that is marked as productive will tally up in that column. The change requires a nightly process before the column populates.
