In Shop Hours we have added a new tab "Opcode Control". Within this tab we will help users better manage what Maintenance Groups and Repair Groups they can book in each day during each time category per day (Morning, Afternoon and Evening) and set Daily Limits. By default all maintenance groups will be listed and the time of day categories will be 'on' for bookings. This feature will give you more control over what is being booked in based on appointment times allowing you to prevent appointments from being booked that may not get completed on time.

The first Grid “Maintenance Groups” will display all Maintenance Groups and Packages for the specified Store/Branch. Next to a Package we will display the DealerMine package icon.
A will display for all time categories which indicates a wide open schedule for all Maintenance Groups upon setup. A user can simply click the green icon to turn off access to book during any time category.
The user is able to enter a daily limit to book per day. When a limitation is set for a Maintenance Group and that group is being over booked it will display a Red Exclamation on the Appt Sched.
A Legend will display at the bottom stating what a Morning, Afternoon and Evening appointment is.
The user will be able to create Repair/Recall Groups, by clicking the Options drop down Add a screen will pop up allowing them to name it and add non-maintenance opcodes to the group. Let them search by opcode or opcode description

From the Options drop down the user is also able to Edit/Delete Selected Repair/Recall Group
Two check boxes will display at the bottom of the screen:
Show warning message during appt bookings that conflict with this setup.
Send email when conflicting appt bookings occur (click the pencil a list will display of active users from which the user would select who would receive the email (the list will included user types 1, 6 and 8)
When an appointment has a warning (overbooked a Maintenance Group) we will display this appointment in the Name Tag.
