Letters - You can now right click on any letter row to delete the letter from the letters screen, which will also delete from Contact History.
Key Drop Booking - By default we are displaying "Key Drop" in the Transportation drop down when booking a Key Drop appointment. There is no option to change this to waiter, drop off, etc.
eService - Registered customers can now add their estimated mileage when booking appointments online in order to view proper maintenance recommendations. Â
eService - eService Configuration now allows users to update their profile page online, customizing text and headers visible to registered guests viewing their online profile.
eService - now has a text counter showing a maximum of 160 characters for Appointment Comments to be entered at the time of the appointment booking.
Vehicle Information - We have added the DMS # in the vehicle information grid, which is necessary when viewing merged customer files in DealerMine. Â

Resolutions:

Customer Information Screen - integrated dealerships can now change the first and last name of a customer file at the same time without any restrictions. Previously there was an error not allowing both fields to be changed. Issue resolved.
Customer Information Screen - integrated dealerships can now change a personal file to a company file or vice versa when necessary. There was a an issue with these changes continuously reverting back after being saved. This has been resolved.
Appointment Booking - The promise times were coming back with 30 minute intervals regardless of settings, which sometimes wouldn't line up with the shop close time. This issue has been resolved and intervals in promise times will now match your interval settings for the day of week.
Key Drop Booking - some integrated dealerships were experiencing intermittent errors when attempting to book key drop appointments. This has been resolved. Â
Vehicle Lookup - There was an intermittent issue with vehicle lookup not loading the vehicle details automatically when clicking the magnifying glass next to any VIN. This issue has been resolved.
Editing Appointments - Some Appointment Coordinators were getting errors when editing appointments that were booked by another employee at the dealership. This has been resolved.
Appointment Booking - When booking appointments for a business listed as a personal instead of company were giving errors at the time of the booking since the first name field was blank. This issue has been resolved and the system will now accept a blank first name.
Merged Customers - There was an error appearing on the search screen when selecting a merged customer file. This has been resolved.
Merged Customers - There was an issue with recycles not being recorded properly on merged customer files. The recycles were only visible on the parent file of all merged customers. This has been resolved.
