On May 13/2015 we received final confirmation from our auto-call provider that they will no longer support broadcast messages for business development and solicitation purposes. This confirmation came after we discovered we could no longer log into our corporate account to make some administrative changes. The change came with little lead time and very little communication.
This is the second provider in our history who has exited the broadcast voicemail space due to ever more restrictive regulation. While there are still providers in the space, because of the evolving and increasingly restrictive regulation governing auto-call practices we’ve made the difficult decision to phase out any integration with broadcast calling providers and to wind-down that aspect of our product. Effective now, DealerMine can no longer provide auto calls as a service.
There are providers, independent of DealerMine, who offer this service. As examples, if you’d like to continue to make auto-calls a part of your outreach, one of the following providers may be able to support your needs:
Uploading a call list, generated in fetch, and a voice file, may allow you to manually send auto call campaigns through one of these providers. DealerMine will retain the fetch campaign in the customer’s contact history. We cannot recommend which provider may best suit your needs from a pricing or process perspective. Please contact them, or a provider of your choosing, directly for more details.
