3. Trades

View all Trades entered in DealerMine for the specific time frame you choose.  This tab allows you to match up any customer trading in with a potential buyer for their trade-in to generate two sales instead of one!

Filters are as follows for the three ways trades can be entered into DealerMine:

• 1. All - contains all trades entered

  2. Existing Vehicle - any existing vehicle on a customers file can be quickly entered as a trade.

  3. VIN Entry - any VIN entered into the DealerMine system as a trade, which did not exist on the customer's profile.

  4. Manual Entry - Trade entered manually specifying year, make, model, trim and style.

The grid will display all trade detail as follows:

• • Option to Delete/Edit trade

  • Entry Date

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Likely to Buy, Star Rating and Repeat Buyer icons

  • Salesperson

  • Year

  • Make

  • Model

  • Mileage

  • Trim

  • Style

  • Equity

  • Value

  • Amount Owed

  • Location

  • VIN
