
The Followup indicator will appear on any customer file with an outstanding followup scheduled, whether it's for service or sales. The indicator is associated with the customer, not the VIN, so will be visible at all times, regardless of which vehicle is in view.Â
How do I complete a followup task?
 Click the "Followup" indicator in the bottom left to either Complete Task, Edit Followup or Delete Followup.Â

Followup Reasons and Durations are fully customizable per dealership. (Sales CRM only)
Followups can only be completed, edited and deleted by the user that has been assigned the Followup.
When a user completes a workplan task: i.e. Followup, a popup is presented. The user will view a check box labelled "Add New Followup" at the bottom of the screen. If it's checked, after the user hits SAVE, the Add Followup screen is presented allowing the user to create another Followup. (Sales CRM only)
