After the Sales Follow-up Calls are system generated, based on the Sales Schedule Specification’s Screen. DealerMine gives you the option to setup as many sales schedules as you can think of. For example, you might want to contact your new customers 3 days after they have purchased a vehicle to thank them for their business, check in to see how they are enjoying their new vehicle, and look for an opportunity to answer any question(s) they may have. Once that schedule is setup, the system will generate a call to the Call Select Screen if a customer has purchased a vehicle 3 days ago. Because DealerMine’s Turn-off application is based on Customer Number and VIN, the system will automatically turn on this vehicle to be contacted regardless of whether previous vehicles were turned off, on that customer’s file. This will give you a renewed chance to keep them engaged as a continuous customer if they have previously advised you not to contact them. All “Call Types” will then ignore the turnoffs for this new vehicle. This Call Type follows the Recycle Day’s logic.
