Maintenance Labour Sales Summary

This report can be run by Store/Branch or Overall if you have Appointment Coordinators booking appointments for more than one store/branch. 

This report tracks the original booker of linked maintenance items that closed in any specific time frame you're reporting on. This report allows you to track and upsells that were retained on closed work orders for all of your BDC staff.

The report includes the following detail:

  • Operation Count

  • Labour Sales

  • Labour Gross

Maintenance Labour Sales Summary Overall - the overall view is newly added to our report menu to make it easier for multi-store groups to quickly report the contributions made by each Appointment Coordinator combining all stores.
