1. From Email Flexibility
We have added a "From Email" drop down when composing new emails, which will contain all email accounts the logged in user has access to. This new feature provides more control for the user now having the decision to choose a from email if they have access to more than one account. This will come in handy if you work for a multi-store dealership or have multiple email accounts on a single store dealership.
2. Calendar InvitesÂ
We are now including the standard appointment.ics invite on all service confirmation email templates as well as all immediate appt booked notifications sent through DealerMine, where the "Appt Date" and "Appt Time" merged fields are being used. This will allow the recipient the option to click to add an event to their default calendar.  More info...

Appointment Schedule - Team View - Key Drops
Team view in the Appointment Schedule will now organize and list all key drop appts under the appropriate team.Â
Appointment Schedule Viewing Options
In the Admin Screen - Appointment Schedule - Store Specifications screen you can now turn Appointment Schedule views on/off per store and branch. Shop View, Team View and Skill View are now options to display. If checked the views will display.Â
Advisor Performance Report
Reports - Service - Service Analysis - Advisor Performance Report
We have added two new bar graphs to display the Effective Labor Rate CP and Effective Labor Rate CWI for each Advisor for the specified time frame being reported on. Prior to this we were only calculating the effective labor rate for the entire dealership on the Service Report Card.

1. Traffic Log - Post Functions (from Traffic Log or Traffic Log Hist on Profile)
If a post function is setup to initiate the "Trade Appraisal" screen and a trade has already been entered for that Traffic Log entry, we will now display the trade that was previously entered. The user still has the option of adding another trade, but we will pull in any trades entered prior to completing the sales step with the post function for Trade Appraisal.
