The Fetch Campaigns tab will produce a red orb when there are new marketing campaigns ready to complete for each Salesperson. Sales Managers can use Fetch to create a marketing campaign for any dealership or manufacturer promotion and send it to your Workplan with the click of a button.Â
Â
The first six (6) columns indicate if the customer resides under another tab for another task, such as the following:
Service Appt
Equity Schedule
Sales Schedule
Fetch Campaign
Followup
Issue
Â

The Hour Glass icon represents the number of days until Expiry for this particular Fetch Campaign. All customers in the same Fetch campaign will have the same expiry date, unlike a Sales/Equity Schedule.
Â
How do Fetch Campaigns get presented in my Workplan?
Any authorized User that has access to use Fetch for query building can send Fetch Campaigns directly to the Workplan of the assigned Salesperson on each deal. Once a query is saved, go to the Tools menu and choose "Send to Showroom". Campaigns send immediately and will remain in this tab until the expiry date chosen when the campaign was sent.
How do I complete a Fetch Campaign task?
Double click on any customer row and you will be directed to the Profile page. Click the "Fetch" indicator in the bottom left to either Complete Task or Recycle the Task. Â
Â
Do I Complete the Task or Recycle the Task?
Â
Completing the task is considered the "Final Contact attempt" for this campaign. All notes will be recorded in Contact History for future referencing but this customer will not be presented in the Fetch Campaign tab again for this marketing campaign again.Â
Recycling the task will allow you to make another contact attempt for this same campaign once the number of days elapses associated with the reason code used on the Recycle. Ie. Answering Machine - 3 days is used. The customer will be presented again in the Fetch Campaigns tab of the Workplan in 3 days time if the campaign expiry date hasn't passed.Â
