Enhancements:

• 1. Texting - We have added tool tips over the arrow icons indicating whether it's an incoming or outgoing text message.

  2. Fetch - We have added some new criteria fields to Fetch as follows: Booked By, Country and Trim.

  3. Call Select Screen - We have reorganized the login buttons at the bottom of the Call Select screen for easier viewing since adding the Refresh button.

  4. eService - Control the online application's booking-times through the new screen Booking Appt Time. If appointment-booking-times are not set up here for the online app, eService will always default to the Appointment Schedule's times.

Resolutions:

• 1. Letters - There was an intermittent issue some users were experiencing where they were receiving an error when trying to print letters.  This has been resolved.

  2. Issues - There was a problem where not all employees were being displayed in the CC List or Assigned To drop down when they had access.  This was related to store access and has been resolved.

  3. Appt Schedule - There was an intermittent issue where appointment counts in DealerMine were not matching the appointment counts in the DMS.  This issue has been resolved.  

  4. Texting Setup - The Add New Account button was missing from the setup screen.  This has been resolved.

  5. Fetch - When attempting to send an email via Fetch some email templates linked to Marketing were not offered as a selection in the drop down.  This has been resolved.
