Using this feature, the user is able to drill down more on specific types of Contact Types as listed below.

Confirm Appointment - will provide you with two options to choose from. Level 1 and Level 2 Confirms
Maintenance - will show specific products or services. For example, if you are trying to keep your alignment technician busy, then you can specifically choose alignments from the Target Options and the system will give you all maintenance customers that have wheel alignments due
Service Follow-up (CSI) - the system will give you the option of performing Customer Pay, Internal Pay, or Warranty Pay Calls
Recall - the system will list every recall campaign for easy selection
Special Order Parts - will display Front and Back Counter as options to target
Fetch Campaigns - will display a list of campaigns that have been sent to the "Call Select" screen for contact
After Sales Follow-up - will provide you with a list of schedules, so you can specifically target one type of schedule. For example, you may want to do all of the Thank You Calls first, then move to Lease Expiry Calls
Unsold Showroom Traffic - will provide you with a list of Unsold Schedules to target
