Q: The time I  book my key drop offs is a blocked time in the new DealerMine, how do I book key drop offs?

A: DealerMine Support can set up a designated time for all your key drop offs (i.e. 6:55am).  Once the designated key drop off time is set up DealerMine will automatically open a new slot on your Appointment Schedule which will appear before your first appointment time.  DealerMine will also color your key drop appointments regardless of the time they are booked for if the words "key drop" are found in the comments.   

Q: All appointments booked in my DMS are showing as a "drop off" appointment in the appointment schedule, why is DealerMine not recongizing "shuttle", "loaner" etc appointment types?

A: In the Admin Screen > Transportation Configuration lists all the transportation Codes used in the Book Appt form for the selected Store/Branch, so now when booking in an appointment DealerMine will recognize the Transportation code and display it properly in the Appt Sched.  (Catherine 18-9-2015)

Q: Is it possible to limit the number of appointments based on appointment type? i.e. Waiters, Loaners etc.

A: Yes, it is possible to limit the number of appointment based on transportation type.  In the Admin Screen > Transportation Configuration > Colors, click on a transportation code that you are setting the max for.  Then by placing a number in the Max Appointment box you will limit the number of appointment that can be booked for that Transportation code for each day.  (Catherine 18-9-015)

Q: I cannot recall how to set the shop to full in the appointment schedule. Can someone help me with this.

A: There are a couple of ways to do this in DealerMine; 

1) If you are in the appointment schedule you can click "Settings" and then "Mark Day As Full". This will shut down the entire shop and you must have access to mar the day as full. 

2) If you book by team or by skill you can right click on the team name and "Mark Team As Full".
