Texting - We have changed the red orb to light up when there is any "Unread" texts in the Incoming Today or Incoming Orphans tab. The orb should represent the total of these two tabs, displaying a maximum of 9+.
Texting - The texting tab will now filter by store and branch.
Admin Menu - In the Technician setup screen we have added an Active check box found under the Specification tab. This will allow you to quickly make any Technician inactive/active much like the Advisor setup screen.
Fetch - We have added new fields: In Service Date, Advisor name and Advisor number.
Fetch - We have added Fetch Email OFF as an exclusion, which can be found under the Tools menu in Fetch.
Show Complaint - On the Appointment Booking Form there's a new check box for Show Complaint. If checked, the complaint displays and gets pushed to the DMS. If the box is unchecked, the Complaint won't display and the complaint doesn't push to the DMS.Â
Resolutions:
Booking Appts (ERA Stores) - Users will now be able to select a priority for each opcode being booked on the appointment. This is not the overall priority for the appointment which is a different field in ERA that is not currently supported with our Reynolds Integration.
Issues - There was a problem where the correct email address of the user creating the issue was not being used. DealerMine will now use the email listed under the Store Access tab for emails being sent for new issues.
Call Select - There was an intermittent issue where the Target Options were not matching up with the Contact Type selected. This issue has been resolved.
Contact analysis - there was an issue with a blank column, the turn off screen has been modified which in-turn resolved this issue. Â
