Showroom - When double clicking on a pending guest and then Searching for a customer we will default and only allow you to search the store/branch that is associated with the Traffic Log entry. Previously we would allow users with multi store access the ability to search all stores and then it would cause issues linking an Up from Store 1 to a customer from Store 3.Â
Followup Orb count was showing inaccurately due to Refusals being counted even if logged in users didn't have access to use Refusals. This has been resolved.
Showroom - There was a few instances where 'Lost' customers were still showing due Followups. This has been resolved.
Desking - when pushing a deal and creating a new customer, not all fields entered on the prospect were pushing over when creating the customer, therefore some customer information such as phone numbers, city and province were missing. We have fixed this issue and are now pushing over all information on the prospect file when creating a customer during the push deal process.
Service - In Maintenance Configuration when building Schedules and adding Exclusions we will now only show services in the exclusions list for the store/branch in view.
Service - Maintenance Configuration when adding opcodes to Maintenance Groups we were not allowing a duplicate opcode to be added to any Maintenance Group even if the opcode belonged to a different store. This issue was only happening on multi stores that re-used opcodes across stores, but not all opcodes were the same service. This issue has been resolved and you can add duplicate opcodes since it's now based on each individual store/branch.
Telephony - When using Click to Call the Call Pop screen was not leaving the Profile screen after a call was ended. This has been resolved.
Letters - When printing Letters and the last names or addresses had a hyphen they were not display with the first letter of the second name as capital letter. This has been resolved.
Email Templates - When adding an image to an email template some users were getting and Error message and the image would not upload. This has been resolved and is working correctly.
Emails - When sending an email the body was not sending with the email, this has been corrected and if Send is clicked before the template can load the user will see a message popup "Please wait for the email content to load".Â
