Anytime Issues are assigned on a sales customer they will be viewable to the correlating Salesperson within the My Issues tab. Issues at times will be assigned directly to the Salesperson to resolve and other times someone else at the dealership will be responsible for resolving it. Either way all issues are viewable to a Salesperson so they are kept in the loop of all customer issues, whether they are positive or negative. All issues are recorded in Contact History for future referencing at any time.
How do I Resolve an Issue?
Double click on any customer row and you will be directed to the Profile page. Click the "Issue" indicator in the bottom left to Resolve the issue. Issues can be resolved by any user at the dealership.
How do I assign an Issue?
Click the Issues action button in the top row of any customer you would like to raise an issue for. Select Issue Reason, Issue Type (positive or negative) and choose who you would like to Assign To. You have the option of linking to Last RO or Last Sale. Enter notes regarding the issue and select any person to CC the issue to and hit SAVE.
