Appointment Schedule:
Stats tab -The Hours to Sell and Maximum Appointments have been updated to incorporate the Walk-In/No Show adjustments for stores that do not override those maximums. These adjustments are considered when determining whether there are too many appointments booked for a store with the Prevent Shop Overbooking checked. If Prevent Overbooking Shop/Overflow Booking is not checked, the adjustments are not made, as it is now. ROs have been incorporated for the current day in all view modes. If you're booking for later in the current day, this counts against the overbooking limit.Â
Open ROs - When viewing the current day in the Appointment Schedule, it is now possible to view open ROs and Appointments. These use the Open RO transportation types. Under the Settings button, select the option Show Open ROs to view the ROs and notice the Stats adjustment for the RO Counts and Hours.
To view the option Show Open ROs, under Administration-> Appointment Schedule->Store Specifications-> check Show ROs on schedule.
Default Team/Default Advisor Option - If a Dealership Books by Team, from the Book Appointment Form on the Book for Team drop down, the option to have a Default Team selected is available, and a Default Advisor can be selected for the defaulted team. To create a Default Team and/or Advisor, click Administration button->Appointment Schedule->Team Setup. From this screen, click the Specification tab, select the team from the list box, and check Default Team. To select a Default Advisor for the default team, click the drop down list box and select the advisor's name. Click Save. The default team now populates the Book for Team and/or default advisor populates the Book for Advisor drop down. Note: From the Administration screen for Team Setup, selecting a Default Advisor from the Specifications tab also creates a Default Advisor on the Advisor Assignment tab.Â
Print Emails - Users now have the ability to Print Emails from DealerMine. There is a print button at the top of the Email screen, where any email in view can be printed.Â
The Star Rating and Association Dude icons have been changed from the 10 stars and 10 little dudes to one star and one dude (which represents associations) The rating number for each is displayed on the icons. Click either to be directed to more information.
Setup Screen for the Vehicle Status Board is now available. If interested in this add-on feature please contact your Account Manager.
DealerMine was showing an improper customer owning a vehicle due to being a co-buyer. This is fixed in production and working.
Follow ups assigned to users could not be viewed by anyone at the Dealership. So, they were unable to see all Follow-Ups assigned to the BDC from the Work Plan. This is resolved.
The Operations' tab on the Appointment Schedule was not populating. This issue has been resolved.
Some Dealerships reported Recycles to the next customer changed the tab selection: i.e. Contact History is selected, and when a user recycles, it would default back to Service History. This was due to changes in roles for Showroom users, and this issue has been resolved.Â
Spell check is now working for email.Â
Issue with trying to recycle Fetch via the "Fetch" indicator on the bottom left of the Customer Profile. When recycling the customer, it did not go to the next customer. This issue has been resolved.
Over the past few days there's been reports of users receiving an error message during customer inquiries "Error during customer inquiry". The Search List would populate, but when the user double clicked on the customer, the Profile screen didn't populate. This issue this was do to a change on RO numbers and has been resolved.
Add a prospect directly from Add Guest to Traffic Log screen by checking the box Link Guest to Prospect/Customer. This feature allows the user to save a step by immediately linking the guest to a Prospect/Customer without the need to add the guest to the Pending Guests tab and then double clicking on that file to link the customer.Â
A checkbox has been added to the Customer Profile screen for a user to check to add the file to their Portfolio->My Prospect tab. They can also remove the file from the tab at anytime by un-checking the box.Â
Leads Assignment - setup each expected domain source, and if required, assign to a User (any user type). The leads go directly to the Salesperson/Manager that is assigned owner.
The Add Guest menu button now has a drop down arrow. This gives the user the ability (directly from the Profile screen) to add an existing Prospect or Customer file to the Traffic Log.Â
Red orbs display on the Work Plan under My Followups. This has been implemented so the user doesn't miss their followups.
Users were noticing a discrepancies in the total number of guests on the Traffic Log.Â
Per salesperson Orb counts for Traffic Log was displaying an incorrect count.Â
Traffic stats AVG % sales steps was showing 0 for totals even though there were Steps to Sales completed. This was an issue with the web service.
Some Dealerships noticed when trying to edit a Prospect, the information wouldn't save. This issue has been resolved.Â
