This report will provide you with the information you need to find out where your maintenance sales are coming from. The "TOTAL" column is the total of the "WALK IN" section and the "APPOINTMENT" section. The "SOLD BY BDC" are the sales that took place by your BDC appointment coordinators which would make up part of the "APPOINTMENTS" column. The report data draws from the same data source that produces the "Maintenance Labour Sales Summary", "Maintenance Labour Sales Performance" and "Report Card"
Important:
DealerMine will include maintenance services in this report if they have been closed as W,I or C and the labour sales are greater than 0 and the department is not 'B' (body shop)
WALK-INS
All repair orders with maintenance sales that were created from a Repair order that did not have an appointment. If an appointment was booked and the advisor did not pull the appointment over, the system will consider that as a APPOINTMENT. DealerMine is smart enough to know that the repair order was the result of the appointment even though the appointment was not converted to a repair order.
APPOINTMENT
Repair orders that were created from an appointment will be included in these numbers. If a repair order is created by the advisor without converting the appointment into a repair order DealerMine is smart enough to link the appointment back to the repair order regardless. When this happens these are also included in the APPOINTMENT columns.
SOLD BY BDC
DealerMine knows if it was the Advisor or the Appointment Coordinator that sold a specific item. Because of this DealerMine can tell you which maintenance services the Appointment Coordinators actually sold. If the Advisor upsold a transmission service which was not previously sold by the Appointment Coordinator on the appointment, then it will not be included in this section. If the Appointment Coordinator sold a wheel aligment on the appointment and the Advisor deleted the wheel alignment it will not be included in ANY column because the work has to actually happen and there must be total labour amount greater than 0.Â
