2. Edit & View Results

Once you save your query you are immediately in "Edit" mode.  If any changes are made when in edit mode and you click Search, the new changes are saved and will override and replace the original query.   

You have options when viewing your results in edit mode, such as the following:  (shown in the example below)

• 1.  Hide Duplicates from any column

  2.  Delete Selected Records

  3.  Sort any column

  4.  Re-order Columns with drag and drop

  5.  Rename query (Tools Menu)

  6.  Share query (Tools Menu)

  7.  Show Deleted Records (Tools Menu)

  8.  Search - if you make any changes to your query fields and want to refresh your data.

  9. Maintenance Trigger Specs: will now be visible above the query box.

We have added a new icon and removed the menu option at the top.  This icon is only visible when viewing a saved query.  Skip to any page by using the page arrows.
