Dealermine Service Menus
Enhancements
1. DealerMine Service Menus:
If a customer doesn't have a VIN, the Service Menu button is now disabled. If the VIN is unknown, the Appointment Coordinator is directed to the front page of Service Menu and can select the vehicle's make->model->year->mileage.Â
2. Administration:
User Setup - When adding User Type Sales Manager/Spotter, check box Also a Salesperson comes into focus. This functionality is mainly for Showroom so the Sales Manager/Spotter will also display in the Salesperson drop downs allowing their sales actions to be observed. If the item is unchecked, the Sales Manager/Spotter doesn't show up in the Salesperson drop downs for Showroom. If the check box is checked, the Sales Manager/Spotter does appear.Â
Store Setup - Store Directory: A new administration screen for adding Store Details and enable integration with RAPID Response. Â
Maintenance Configuration -
The Maintenance Schedule Stats tab displays how many vehicles aren't associated with a maintenance schedule. This feature ensures that vehicles aren't missed when setting up schedules.
Schedules - Driveline is now an option for Maintenance Schedules allowing Dealerships to build schedules based on AWD, 4WD, Four Wheel, Front Wheel, etc.Â
Sales Schedules - Sales Schedules setup in the Old Dealermine is available in the New Dealermine. Setup up customized Sales Schedules to keep in touch with customers after the purchase or lease of a vehicle.Â
Technician Setup - Specifications tab's new columns: Efficiency Calculated and Efficiency Override. Efficiency Calculated uses DealerMine calculations of how efficient a technician can be. If the Dealership opts to go with these calculations, it adjusts the amount of hours that can be sold for the Dealership based on the figures in the column. Efficiency Override allows the Dealership to enter their own figures for the technician's efficiency. For example, if a Technician works an 8 hour day but is finishing 10 hours worth of work, his efficiency rating would be 120% or 1.2 (this is the figure displayed in the Efficiency Calculated column). This figure means the Dealership can sell 2 more hours worth of work if they opt to go with these calculations; otherwise, the Dealership can enter a figure of 1 in the Efficiency Override column which would equal 100% efficiency for an 8 hour day.Â
Store Specifications - New check-box option to Display Last Name First Name on Schedule. If checked, as the option states, the customer name on the Appointment Schedule displays the customer's name in the order of Last/First.Â
3. Driver's License Scanner Â
This feature is now available in new DealerMine. The Dealership must purchase Showroom and a Scanner in order to use the feature.Â
4. Appointment Schedule:
If a Dealership has Prevent OverflowBooking and/or Prevent ShopOverbooking checked, this prevention can be bypassed by certain users if an admin sets their access to Allow user to override booking limitations checked.Â
Appointment Schedule - Right click on any appointment and the user can select Details option to show more information.
5. Reports:
Service->Service BBC Reports->Appointment Schedule Reports-> Email Option tab now has the option Send Email daily for current days data.
Service->Daily To Do->Appointment Reception List by Team is now available in New Dealermine, so the user can now print according to a team.Â
1. Administration:
User-setup - Add Employee: There was an issue where users didn't save or the user was being added to the wrong store. Add New User screen's button Add Employee is now functioning properly.Â
2. Email:Â
Time stamps for email are now matching the time of the user's computer.
User Recycle list is now displaying correct time stamp for email recycles: i.e. if a Maintenance email is sent out, under the User Name-tag, the email recycle displays the same time stamp as the email sent. Also, the recycle list contact type is populated with data.Â
If an email was selected to view from the Email Hist tab, and another tab such as Contact Hist was selected, the email would not close. This issue has been resolved.
Email History folders are now displaying the correct emails for the selected folder.Â
3. Letters:
Some users were having issues printing letters. The letters were blank. This issue has been resolved.
4. Name Tag
Appointments counts in Name Tag are now updating correctly.Â
5. Maintenance Configuration:
Maintenance Groups - The user can now add a large list of OpCodes to a Maintenance Group.Â
OpCodes that were linked to Maintenance Groups displayed a different "# of times used" than an Opcode returned from a search. This issue has been resolved.
6. Book Appointment
Spacing issues in Reynolds when booking appointments through DealerMine has been resolved.
Staging for ADP stores was throwing an error when booking an appointment "Instance of an Object error"; this issue has been resolved.
Skill View - Users can book any number of the opcodes related to a skill, and it's now only counted as one entry for that skill.
7. Call Select:
After Sale Followup - Customer Profile information is now showing all information.
