From the Pending or All Guests tab, in the Entry Details column, select how the customer heard about the dealership by selecting Media: i.e. Radio, Internet, Referal etc.
Media is also a filter on the All Guests tab menu.Â
To add options to these selections, click Administration->Showroom Configuration->Media.

Media Source Logic on Be-Back - In Showroom > Media Sources we have added the option to update the Media Source automatically on Be Back's using the previous visits Media Source for that Traffic Log entry.
Media source "Sales Merge" is mandatory and cannot be deleted from the setup screen in Showroom configuration > Media source.
