The DealerMine application has a prompt in the "Customer Edit" screen called Customer Type. From here, the user can flag the customer as being a Fleet or Non Fleet (default) customer. This drop down allows the user to drill down on customers based on their “Customer Type”. This feature was built by request from one of our customers who had a very large fleet business, and they wanted to be able to use DealerMine to market to their fleet customers differently, than how they would market to their regular customers. So if you have a large fleet database and you have flagged them in the “Customer Edit” screen, then use this drop down feature in order to narrow down the calls on the Call Select Screen to either Fleet or Non Fleet.
