 Service Appts that are updated will now keep the original "Booked For" user and not change to the user updating the appointment if the Store/Branch has "Always use Booked By as Booked For" turned on in Appointment Schedule - Store Specifications.
There was an issues with booked appointments, where the Opcode description was displaying Special Characters that did not belong in the OpCode, this has been addressed and is now displaying the OpCode correctly without the special characters.
In Admin Screen - Email Setup the list of users was showing squished and unreadable. This has been fixed.
On the Book Appt Form when a user selected "Waiter" from the Transportation drop down the Book Appt button was greyed out and the AC was unable to book. This has been fixed.Â
We have removed the Service History Breakdown on WP, IP and CP %'s since it's not an accurate reflection of the customer's file as dealerships close maintenance items at times as WP instead of CP. We need to change the way the calculations are done, we will display this again when calculations are done.
There was an issue where some fuel types listed on the vehicle weren't matching the fuel type showing in the VIN decode screen when clicking the magnifying glass in vehicle information. This has been resolved.
Now when in User setup and on either User Info or Store Access the Employee drop down will now show all employee names/numbers and the names that have been already linked will display in Red to let the user know that they are already link and cannot be linked again to another user.
