We have added a "Multi Store Service Hist" tab to the Profile screen. This tab will allow you to view history for multiple stores, if you work for a multi-store auto group.
The Technician drop down list has been removed from the "Book Appointment" screen since it's not needed during the booking process.
We have now disabled holidays from being selected when booking an appointment. I.e. December 25 will not be available when booking an appointment since it's a holiday.

We have added the ability of saving an appointment draft while in the book appointment screen. This icon will appear to the left of any vehicle that has an open appt draft saved. Double click the icon to complete the appt, or delete the draft. All saved appointment drafts will also be stored under your name tab in by clicking the Appt Draft icon.
Any day that is closed in the Service Department will read CLOSED across the screen if viewing that date on the Appointment Schedule. This includes holidays and days the dealership is not open for business.

Resolutions:

When going into the Customer Information edit screen to update or just to view information, the profile was being flipped to an "Inquiry". This issue has been resolved.
When Adding a New Customer the screen was freezing and not allowing you to close the screen. This was causing duplicate customer entries in the DMS based on how many times the SAVE button was hit before closing the browser.  This issue has been resolved; however the duplicate customers entered into the database would have to be removed in your in-house system.
VIN Decode, when adding a new vehicle or when clicking the magnifying glass next to a VIN, was intermittently not decoding the VIN. This also affected the Year, Make and Model to not appear in the vehicle grid properly at times. This issue has been resolved and all VINS should decode properly.
The Hours Sold on the Appointment Schedule is now using actual hours sold, rather than adjusted hours, which included our No Show and Walk In factor.Â
When turning a vehicle off as "Does Not Own", the profile screen wasn't refreshing, flagging the vehicle as turned off. This refresh issue has been resolved and all vehicles will refresh automatically when turned off as "Does Not Own".
There was an intermittent issue with some recycles repeating in Contact History. This issue was being caused by the number of times the Recycle button was being clicked by the User. We have now disabled the button from being clicked more than once, to prevent this issue from reoccurring.
There was an issue when deleting a No Show appt that the No Show indicator and contact type on the VIN were not disappearing after the appt was deleted. This refresh issue has been resolved.
On ADP integrated stores, when booking an appt and entering comments on the opcode, you are now limited to 150 characters.Â
