s. Operational Hours

Operational Hours lets you configure your hours of operation for Service and Showroom each day of the week.  The hours set up in this screen are used to calculate response time to internet leads for the corresponding department. 

The following fields are visible:

• • Day

  • Open (checked represents open for business and is the default setting for each day)

  • Open Hr - choose the hour in which the dealership opens for business

  • Close Hr - choose the hour in which the dealership closes for business

Save when done.  All saved hours will be used to calculate an accurate response time for leads, especially those coming in outside of operational hours.

Note:

Lead Notifications will use the times entered in Operational Hours to determine what is during business hours and after hours.
