We were experiencing an issue with our "Estimated Time Exceeds Shop Hours Notification" coming up when booking appointments that were not exceeding the shop hours.Â
We have corrected this issue and now the user will only see this message when the EST Time of the service on the appointment will exceed the Shop hours (close time). For example if the shop closes at 5pm and I book an appointment for 4pm and the services that I am booking will take 2 hours then the Notification will popup and let me know that the appointment will exceed the shop hours.
We were experiencing an issue with booking appointments and the year was showing up as 2017 or 2019, we have looked at this and it has been fixed.
We have made a change to SPORD appointments, now a user is able to change the date and time on a SPORD appointment.
Issues Report - as requested we have added the field "CC" to the Issues Report, now when a user is viewing this report they will be able to quickly identify all persons CC'd on the issues.
