Enhancements:

The Turn Off button has been removed from the top row of action buttons in the Profile screen. We have added a new way to modify your customers contact preferences directly from the Customer Information screen, by clicking the customer's name.
In the Customer Information screen we've added the following two new tabs which will allow you to manage your customers contact preferences:
Contact Method - this screen will allow you to control which contact methods the customer would like to receive (not the vehicle) for One-to-One Contacts and Automated Contacts. One-to-One Contacts are individual contact between a DealerMine User and the customer, where the Automated Contacts are done systematically if these options are being used at your dealership.  I.e. Maintenance Emails, CSI Emails, Confirm Emails, Sales Emails, Fetch Emails or Auto Calls. The Contact Method screen will allow you to turn off various types of phone numbers now unlike our previous versions. You can now turn off home phone, work phone and cell phone individually. Keep in mind that any customer profile turned off for phone on a previous version of DealerMine will automatically be turned off for all three types of phone communication.
Contact Type - this screen will allow you to control which contact types are necessary for each vehicle that exists on the customer profile. You can quickly X out any contact type if the customer does not want to receive reminders. I.e. Maintenance, CSI, Confirm Appt, etc. By default all contact types are turned on
We have renamed the "Veh Hist"Â tab to be named "Service Hist".Â
We have combined "All Contact Hist" and "Veh Contact Hist" into one tab "Contact History". This tab defaults to All Vehicles, giving you an option to view Selected Vehicle by clicking the radio button within the tab.Â
We have combined "All Appt Hist" and "Veh Appt Hist" into one taB "Appt Hist". This tab defaults to All Vehicles, giving you an option to view Selected Vehicle by clicking the radio button within the tab.Â
We have added the number of contacts just above the scroll bar on the left to display how many contacts are left on your list.
We have added the icon which represents "Does not own vehicle" to the search grid. This will indicate when searching if the customer still owns the vehicle or not, or if the customer you're searching is an inactive file.

Resolutions:
When viewing the Email History tab, and selecting an email to view, there was an issue with the email not closing and staying on your screen after switching tabs. This has been resolved.
There was an issue with Recycling your last contact on your list and the screen would freeze and not refresh and return you to teh Call Select screen. This issue has been resolved.Â
There was an issue with having no contacts selected and searching on a customer. Once you trashed or Recycled that customer it was returning you to a blank Call Select screen not allowing you to choose a new list. This issue has been resolved.
There was an issue with phone numbers not deleting after being removed from the customer information screen. This issue has been resolved.
We have added a comma as a thousands separator in the estimated mileage field, which is now found in the vehicle information grid. Click this field to view more detailed information about the estimated mileage, elapsed months, etc.
