In Showroom Configuration we have rename Trade Appraisal Options to be “Trade Appraisal Flow" and can only be viewed by an Admin user, if you are not an admin you will not see the link to visit the screen. There are 6 Sections to the Grid and based on which row is select the options will be different and relate only to that section, at any time the Admin is able to added Custom Sections to the Grid. Only a Custom Section can be deleted. Each section will also display a Abbreviations. The list can be sorted and each Selection can be set to active or inactive with the exception of "Add Trade", this section must be active and must come first in the sort order.Â
The 6 sections are as follows:
Add Trade - this section must be active and must come first in the sort order
Questions - an Admin will be able to setup questions (similarly to survey questions) with multiple choice (default), a check box "Add Comments" will display when adding or editing a Question. The Options drop down will display at the top right of the questions grid where the Admin can "Add New Questions", "Edit Question", Copy selected question", and "Delete Questions". *When Adding or Coping a Question the "Question Title" can not be a duplicate of a Question Title that is already displaying on the Questions grid.
Vehicle Features - here an Admin can add Vehicle Features to display  i.e. Air Conditioning, Heated Seats etc..
Vehicle Options - here an Admin can add in Vehicle options i.e. extended warranty etc..
Lien Holders - here an Admin can enter the Lien Holder, Contact Name and a Phone number.Â
Vehicle Appraisal - here an Admin can enter a Default Reconditioning Costs.
There is a check box that displays at the top of the grid "Activate Trade Appraisal".
The Options drop down at the top of the Section grid will be relate to the selected Section, only Custom Sections will display the options to Edit or Delete. Â
At the top of the screen there is a section displaying the Abbreviations of each step in order and will display in green when the Section is selected on the grid, when an abbreviation/Section is added, change or the sort order is changed on the grid, it will also update and change in this section as well. From here Admin will be able to select which user types can complete that section by placing a check in the check box for "Any Showroom User", "Salesperson", "Sales Manager", and "Appraiser".
