• • DealerMine will pull over all performed skills and classify each skill as either a PRIMARY or a SECONDARY.

  • Any skill can be deleted from a Technician - select row, followed by clicking Delete Seleted Row.

  • Any skill can be added to a Technician - Click Add Skill.

Technician Setup (Skill)

When a Dealership chooses to organize their Appointment Schedule View (By Skill), DealerMine has now provided the ability to Add/Delete OpCodes by Group within the Technician Setup (Skill Tab). These OpCodes will be distinguished under the newly added "Group Name" column.

Note: 

When booking appointments at times opcodes may be flagged in Red after being added to the appointment.  This is indicating you are overbooking this particular skill and it may be due to the fact that there isnt' an available Technician at that time with this skill as a primary.
