Sources are required to pull specific data stored in various places in order to build relevant queries. Read the table below to understand the sources and the data they store.
Source Name Change

Additional Source and Field Information
We have added a new field to the Sales and New Batch Query source.... "Purchase here and back for Service" and Suggested Query is "Sold Not Serviced". This will input "Purchase here and back for Service" = No and "Deal Date" >= 01/01/2013 for the New Query and the user would just input the correct date and click on Search. This will bring back all the VINS that were Purchased at the Store/Branch and have not yet returned for service. Â
New Suggested Query - Beyond Maintenance Trigger: This will allow you to market to customers who are beyond your dealerships maintenance trigger specs. Simply change the default 18 to the value now displayed on the screen under the Store/Branch and hit Search. Â
We have added "Team" to the Source "Appointment History", now a user can run a Fetch for any given Team at the Store/Branch and it will bring back the appointments for that Team for the time frame entered. With Source on "Appointment History" the user would type in T and "Team" will be in the list to select from, then enter a space and choose "=" and space and the list of all the Teams for that Store/Branch will display for the user to select from, i.e. (Team = Honda and "Appt Date" = 4/15/2015), after clicking on Search this will give me all the appointments that were booked for Team Honda for 4/15/2015.
When using the Source "Contact History" there is now a new Fetch Field "Store Name". When using this new field in a Query "Store Name" = all the Store names for that Dealership will display and the user is able select the correct one for the Query.
We have added a new Source "Recommendations" to Fetch where a user can now run a Query for Recommendations offered to customers.Â
* The Source Recommendations is only for ERA DMS Dealerships.
When using the Source "Service History" we have added the RO Count function to be used.Â
To the Fetch Source "Sales" we have added a new field "Repeat Buyer" = YES or NO, when specifying YES a list will return all customers with two ore more deals in Purchase History. You can add to your query "# of Deals" >/= 3 to only see customers who have bought 3 or more. This query will help when marketing to existing, loyal customers for any sales promotion.
We have created a new Field with in Source "Contact History" called "MaintenanceCallType" within Fetch, this will allow the user to create a Fetch Campaign which will bring back Contact History for VINS that meet the Fetch Criteria.
You can now build a Fetch to show all appointments that contained a certain OpCode for a specified time frame using "OpCode = 01FCZZ041 and "Appt Date" >= 04/30/2015" in Source "Appointment History"
To the Fetch Source "All Customers" we have added a new field "Last Delivery Date". When running this new Query Last Delivery Date > 00-00-0000 it will return all the customers that have a delivery date and have not yet purchased again for the specified time frame entered in the Query.
To the Fetch Source "Customer Vehicles" there is a field "Has Recall Name ("Recall Name "). When a user is looking to pull all customers that have a recall instead of pulling a specific Recall Name they would enter "Has Recall Name ("*") = Yes, this will pull all vins that have a recall attached to them for the selected Store/Branch.
To the Fetch Source "Appointment History" we have change the field "Booked By" to display the Screen Name instead of the Employee Name. The Screen name can be found User Setup > User Info.
To the Fetch Source "Showroom Leads" we have added the field "Department". Â This will return all the Showroom leads for the selected department and time frame.
When using the Source Contact History and entering in the field "Contact Date" we had a request to drop the time, (M/DD/YYYY 12:00AM change to view M/DD/YYYY) as the Contact Date was pulling into Excel as a general field with the time and the user needed it to pull as a date field only.Â
NOTE: The web servers will format the date as M/d/yyyy (us -EN).
If the computer that opens the spreadsheet is using the same short date format the Excel spreadsheet will format the date as 'Date'.Â
If the computer that opens the spreadsheet is using a different short date format then the Excel spreadsheet will format the date as a date but use the 'Custom' format.
