3. Engaged

All social leads that have been replied to in DealerMine Social where the customer has replied back to the dealership will be considered "Engaged".  Social conversations will move into the Engaged tab and tracked in the Social Stats screen. 

When to convert a Social lead into a Customer?

If a customer has engaged in an online conversation with your dealership and it's moving in a positive direction, a choice needs to be made to convert this lead into a new prospect or customer in your DealerMine database.
