e. Texting Setup

• 1. Click the  in the left top corner of your DealerMine screen to view the Specifications Menu.

  2. Go to Admin - Texting Setup

  3. Choose your Store and Branch name

  4. Click Add New Account

  5. Enter an Account Name without any spaces

  6. Enter a Display Name (which can have spaces, and should be your dealership name)

  7. Choose your Country Code

  8. Enter Area Code and then click Get Phone Number

  9. Choose an available phone number from the drop down list 

  10. Click Create Account - Account is now active and ready to use.

When in Telephony Configuration - By Inbound Numbers and buying an Inbound number this number will also show in Texting Setup and in the column Telephony and will show the user that is linked to this number in the User Name column, when the number is deleted from Telephony Configuration - By Inbound Numbers it will also be deleted from Texting Setup grid.   This Telephony number will display in the drop down in the Texting screen.
