When DealerMine display the WIP indicator on a customer's file this will indicate that the selected vin has "Work in Progress" and the RO is still open. The WIP indicator will display on the customer's file at the bottom of the Recommended Maintenance section of the Profile screen for 45 days and then will no longer display.
When the user clicks on the WIP indicator it will open the WIP popup screen displaying the details of the WIP. There is no actions to select on this screen, this is to indicate to the user not to call the customer on this vin and give them details on work still being done.
