When there is a Fetch Campaign attached to a Customer file a Fetch indicator will display at the bottom of the Recommended Maintenance section of the Profile screen indicating to the user that there is a Fetch Campaign for this customer.

When the Fetch indicator is clicked it will open the Fetch Campaigns popup and will display all the details of the Fetch Campaign that the user is contacting the customer on.Â

The user will also have the option to:
Complete Task - this will open the Recycle View screen and will default to Marketing Option "Final contact attempt for this campaign"Â
Recycle - this will open the Recycle View screen and will default to Marketing Option "More contact required for this campaign"
