3. Import - Product Plans

Product Plans

Product Plan is a fetch criteria to import a product plan name (i.e. Ford Focus Gold Package) and customer's information. Dealerships can target the customers associated to the Product Plan by creating a fetch query and sending the customer's files to the call select, email, letters etc. 

• Users have the ability to import Product Plans from Fetch Imports. If a VIN on a customer's file matches a VIN imported from the Product Plan, a blue Product Plan indicator button appears in the bottom left of the Profile screen.  

• If the Product Plan button is clicked, the popup shows all the product plans associated to that VIN: i.e. it displays the name of the Product Plan. The Product Plan name is used by the Dealership to look-up specific coverage information for the plan. 

  • To view the customer files that are associated with the Product Plan, run a query in fetch. Select from the source drop-down Customer Vehicles and key query HasProductPlan("Plan Name").
