The eService Online Portal gives customers the ability book a service appointment from a Dealership's website 24/7.
When customers book an appointment through eService, it updates the Dealermine application in real time.Â
If a store is Integrated, there are two options: push the appointments directly into the DMS, or have all appointments come into the eService tab in DealerMine first, then be finalized by an Appointment Coordinator.  Â
This is a real time process.Â
Non-Integrated store appointments must be validated by the coordinator and booked manually to the DMS.Â

eService Selling Lines - in Maintenance Configuration - Description & Pricing the Admin User with access can add Selling lines to Maintenance Groups which will provide the customer with additional information for the selected service. When a customer is booking an appointment through eService, all services with selling lines will display an information icon they can click or touch to read the selling lines.
