The DealerMine application has a prompt in the "Customer Information" screen called Day/Night. This drop down allows the user to drill down on customers with requests to be contacted either at night or during the day. For example, in the database you might have 100 customers that prefer to be contacted at night. Therefore, for every customer that is due for a certain type of call on the Call Select Screen, you can drill down and specifically target customers based on their Day/Night preference. This was originally created in order to accommodate customers that do shift work, and would prefer to be contacted at night, so that they are not interrupted while they are sleeping during the day.

In the Other Information section of the Customer Information screen you can switch your customer to Day/Night (shown below), followed by hitting SAVE. By default all customers are set to Day.
