Lead Hist will contain all Service and Showroom leads affiliated with the customer profile you are viewing. The radio button will default to Service, having the option of switching to Showroom.

Right click on any lead in Lead Hist to now have the option of marking as a duplicate lead. Prior to this option all leads had to be marked as a duplicate in the Leads screen only, not on the Profile. A green plus
will appear next to any duplicate allowing you to verify which leads have been linked to the primary lead.
