Version 1.1.1 - 10/11/2012

The latest version released to production, 1.1.1 includes the following enhancements and resolutions to issues that came up since the last release.

Enhancements:

1. We have added a new orb to our midscreen information tabs. You will now see a blue dot with an "i" indicating information is stored within the tab to view.
  1. After Recycling a customer that has a Followup due today, the followup will automatically be removed. This only happens if the followup is due today or past due.
  2. Appointments will now be color coded properly based on any comments or opcodes you have entered which represent key words such as shuttle, rental, waiter etc.

- 1. We have added a turn off symbol next to each "Inactive" customer when you are doing a customer search. This will help distinguish between active and inactive customer files when doing a search.

- 1. Under the DealerMine Tools Menu you can customize your own Transporation types using any colors you choose. Under Appointment Schedule go to Transportation Configuration to customize your colors.
  2. In the Contact Methods (Customer Specific) screen within the Customer Information screen, we have removed the reason drop down list when making any changes. We automatically use "Modified Contact Methods" and append any comments you have entered to this reason and record in the Turn Off History tab.
  3. Also in the Contact Methods (Customer Specific) screen, if Email is turned off under One-to-One Contacts then we automatically turn off all automated types of email contact.
  4. In the Contact Types (VIN Specific) screen within the Customer Information screen, we are greying out the checks under the contact methods if "Owns" is turned off. This is indicating that you cannot modify contact types for a vehicle the customer no longer owns

Resolutions:

There was an intermittent issue happening when attempting to survey a CSI customer during the Recycle. This issue has been resolved.
1. There was an issue with Turn Off comments not recording in Turn Off History. This issue has been resolved.
