We have created a new batch ROI report to track the successes of your batch contacts being made through letters and/or emails. By default we will include all Appts/RO's that have generated within 30 days of the contact date. This number is customizable and can be changed to any value.
The report will group each batch schedule setup by Contact Type. Ie. Maintenance, CSI etc., and will display the following columns of data:

Total Sent
Appt Count
as a %
RO Count
as a %
Spend (Total Lbr Sales)

Email Opened - knowing at a glance how many emails were opened

This report also lists each date the batch job was executed, tracking the outcome for each day. Notice the columns highlighted in yellow were newly added on Dec 15, 2015 to V 5.8.

We have added two new 2 new columns of data:
Removed - the number of customers that were removed from batch because they didn't qualify for one reason or another. Ie. no email, preventions, turned off etc.
% Contacted - the number sent / the number setup to be sent... showing the % of emails that were actually sent.
*When a user clicks on the number Removed they will be presented with a new screen with more details for the reasons why they were removed.     Â
