With Social Media, DealerMine will scrub all emails in your database and look to find a matching Twitter handle and then update the customer's file with the Twitter handle if a match is found, while also displaying the customer # on the social tweet it the tweet is associated with an existing customer profile. Social Media will build up online Twitter presence for your dealership, while providing you with many leads in your region that would otherwise be missed. Social will also display how many other competitors using DealerMine Social are being sent the same Twitter leads. We have widened the Declined/Deferred indicator screen thus eliminating the use of a scroll bar and making it easier and faster for the user to book or delete from this screen. The list will now be sorted from newest to oldest. From the screen the user will now see the description of the recommendations and the estimated price when available along with the RO# which will be displayed under the date that it was declined or deferred on.
2. Fetch Changes
It's been requested that DealerMine not create negative customer files via it's Fetch (Import Management) utility., when corresponding VIN(s) do not match up with an existing record. Thus, when importing via Source: "ImportData" there is now an option within Step #5 (e.g. [ ] Create New Customer on Import) giving users said flexibility.
Via DealerMine's Fetch (Import Management)., users can now import multiple Recall Campaigns from one list via the File Type: Recall based upon the following required fields (e.g. CampaignName, RecallNo, SerNo). This is a huge time saver since previous Recall lists had to be manually broken out and imported separately more...
We have added a new Fetch Query where by a user can create a Query for No Shows for any given date range, using Source > Appointment History and Suggested Queries > No Show. This will be very useful for dealerships that are trying to keep track of their No Shows.

Now when making these changes you will have to click the "Save" button. Once Save is clicked you will be prompted to either click Yes or No to confirm and then after clicking on "Yes" the changes will be saved, "No" will revert back to the previously saved data.

Once the appointment is booked the next appointment booking will default to the proper MMC based on the VIN. We have also added the option on the Store Setup screen to have the MMC display as either 3 or 4 characters long.

Would you like to continue booking the appointment using the Year, Make and Model? " and the user will be prompted to choose Yes or No to continue.

As in-house system ERA does not permit a deletion of a No Show or Open Appointment with a SPORD attached, now when opening the Open Appt or No Show indicator the Delete button will no longer be displayed and the user will now see SPORD with a border of Yellow to let the user know a SPORD is attached. You can only Edit these types of Appointment.
