Add New Customer

To add a new customer click on the Search action button   this will open the Search screen, here the user would click on the Add New Customer icon 

  in the upper right corner, once clicked it will open the Customer Information screen where the user can add the new customer.

• • Integrated stores have the ability to add new customers directly in DealerMine, without having to go to the DMS.

  • Last name is a mandatory field when adding a new customer

  • When adding in the phone numbers for Home, Work, Cell or Fax you must click on the Edit Pencil it will turn to a green Check, enter in the info and then click on the Green Check to save.

  • When adding in the Default Email or EMail2 you must click on the Edit Pencil it will turn to a green Check, enter in the info and then click on the Green Check to save.
