Fetch has been released!! Please take a few moments to read over the Fetch documentation to familiarize yourself with how Fetch works in the new DealerMine application. Â
We have released the new Texting feature as a method of contact. All customers by are turned off for the texting contact method by default and must be turned on in order to receive a text. You will notice the texting action button on the top row, and a texting menu along the top, along with a Text Hist information tab for each customer profile. Take a few minutes to read all the Texting documentation here.
Appointment Schedule - We have added the ability to Filter by Teams from the "Team View". (Defaults to Show All) When viewing All Teams you have the option of clicking on any team name header in the grid to drill down to team-specific details in the operations sidebar menu.   Â
Appointment Schedule -We have added the Current Customer view above the date. This will display the Customer Name, VIN, Year, Make, Model as well as the Last Advisor and Preferred Advisor (if selected in the Customer Information screen)
Profile Screen - We have combined customer and vehicle notes into one mid-screen tab called "Notes". Â
Profile Screen - We have removed the Multi Store History tab and combined it with the Service History tab. Simply check the All Stores box to view Multi Store History and the store name column will be added as the first column.
Profile Screen - We have added Warranty, Customer Pay and Internal percentages for each VIN to Service History. This information gives you an accurate breakdown of each sales type for all RO's combined. We have also added overall percentages for Repair and Maintenance.Â
Profile Screen -We have added the ability to change a maintenance schedule for any vehicle on the fly. Simply click the Maintenance Schedule name and a pop up screen will appear allowing you to change the maintenance schedule. Each User must have access granted to this component feature in order to use.
Profile Screen -We have added the Recall tab for referencing purposes only. This tab will display any possible open Recalls and every Recall will have to be verified by copying/pasting the VIN into your manufacturer's site for validation. More Recall enhancements will be coming soon on future releases. Â
Search Screen - We have added the option of omitting customers without any vehicles when searching. Click the box at the bottom of the Search screen to omit customers with zero vehicles on file. The Search screen automatically sorts by number of vehicles in descending order. More sorting options will be coming soon on future releases.
We have added a "User Defaults" tab in which you can control which Contact Types are presented on the Call Select screen for each User. This will allow you to turn off specific Contact Types for any User. I.e. Recalls, Spords, CSI etc. This can be found in the User Preferences tab. Â

 Resolutions:
Â
There was an intermittent issue when a customer had two appointments booked that we would select the wrong one when confirming an appointment via email. This has been resolved and we are now always using the closest appointment date.  Â
We have added the chain image back into Service History that indicates which opcodes are linked maintenance items. Â
The News orb wasn't decreasing after news items were marked as read. This issue has been resolved.
There was an intermittent issue some DealerMine users were experiencing when logging in, and only seeing three action buttons in the top row while viewing a customer profile. This issue was related to how the user was setup in our old DealerMine application, and has been resolved.
If a vehicle on a customer profile is not attached to a maintenance schedule, rather than being blank, we will now display "No Associated Schedule". Â
