Turn Off Codes tab displays all turn off codes. Â
When a customer is turned off for any reason, it gets recorded in Turn Off Hist.Â
The Turn off codes are grouped and listed on the left hand side as follows:Â
1. Contact Method/Types (On/Off) Reasons - option of adding a recycle code or making the recycle code inactive.Â
Note: If the user clicks on the customer's name on the Customer Profile screen, the Customer Information screen is presented. If the user selects Contact Type (VIN Specific) and turns off a contact, the user must choose a turn-off Reason from the drop down. The drop down reason codes are populated from this screen section:
Contact Method/Types (ON/OFF) Reasons are displayed under the Customer Information screen's tab Contact Methods (Customer Specific) and Contact Types (VIN Specific). The Contact Types entered here are displayed under the drop down Choose Reason.Â
If a user Inactivates a Reason by un-checking the Active check-box. The Reason is no longer displayed on the tab Contact Methods (Customer Specific) or Contact Types (VIN Specific) under the drop down Choose Reason.Â
2. Inactive Customer Reasons - option of adding a recycle code or making the recycle code inactive.
Note: If the user clicks on the customer's name on the Customer Profile screen, the Customer Information screen is presented. If the user selects status-> Inactive, the Inactive Reason popup is displayed. The popup's reason codes are populated from this screen section:
The Inactive Reasons added here are displayed on the Customer Information screen's tab Customer Information under section Name Information on the drop down for Status. If the user selects the Status drop down and changes the status to Inactive, the Inactive Reason popup is presented. The user must select an Inactive Reason.Â
If a user Inactivates a Reason by clicking in the Active check-box. The Reason is no longer displayed.
3. No Longer Owns Vehicle Reasons - option to view only. Cannot add a recycle code.Â
This option is displayed when turning the customer on or off for owning a vehicle. This option is viewed on the Customer Information screen's tab Contact Types (VIN Specific) under header Owns.Â
