The Issues report will graphically display the users being assigned the issues at your dealership and how many are resolved. Use the arrows to go to next page to view details about each individual issue. Issues can be for service or sales and will link to the last RO date or last deal number in purchase history. It's important that issues are resolved in a timely manner so be sure to run this report to measure your resolution rate weekly or monthly.

Unresolved issues will appear on the first page and will have a yellow background with the following details: (as shown below)
