2. Caller ID Verification

All numbers that a dealership would like to use as a FROM number, which is visible to the customer on Call Display must first be verified within DealerMine.

• 1. Click the Options drop down

  2. Choose "Add Caller ID Verification"

  3. Enter the "Caller ID" number to be verified

  4. Enter a Friendly Name to describe this number

  5. Enter a default Area Code

  6. Click the Call Me button to begin the process of verification

Note:  During verification you must be able to answer the phone number being verified in order to complete the verification process.
